Jordan Vauvert The Illusion of Reach : une actualisation du constat caustique de Nietzsche selon lequel il est idiot de croire que l'univers répond à une finalité — et il y a une part de nihilisme dans cet album.
Mais peut-être aussi l'expression du doute, comme si Déhà était dans une impasse artistique. Ne pouvant se tourner vers l'avenir, il renoue avec un post-doom metal clair-obscur que l'on trouvait dans feu Imber Luminis. Mais il faudra peu de temps pour réaliser qu'il porte ici ce genre au sommet ! Favorite track: Post-Traumatic Sun.

For fans of his series "A Fleur de Peau" for sure, but also for those who understood the "oldschool" dsbm (Hypothermia, Trist) done just with the right amount of dirt and polished production, this +60 minutes of 'losing yourself' album is the perfect soundtrack for any kind of situation where you just need raw emotion, harsh soul meditation, and a way to open doors to exit your mental comfort zone, so you can think and overthink.
